Welcome to my webpage!
I am an Assistant Professor at the Georgetown University in Qatar.
My research is on labor economics and combines macroeconomic and behavioral approaches to study how the organization of work and the tasks performed by workers shape labor market outcomes.
I focus on: (i) how differences in the tasks that workers perform shape labor market outcomes, (ii) the determinants of educational choices and human capital accumulation, and (iii) the sources and consequences of gender gaps in the labor market.
I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
